You may use this website and any authorized client portal for lawful business purposes only. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for the accuracy of information submitted through your account.

Public website content is informational. A signed agreement, accepted proposal, checkout description, or written quote controls your purchased scope, delivery schedule, revision limits, hosting terms, add-ons, and fees.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another approved payment provider. Managed hosting is included with every new website and billed monthly on a recurring basis, unless prepaid under a separate Founder's Deal or canceled according to the applicable agreement.

Website timelines depend on timely client decisions, accurate intake information, access to required accounts, approval of designs, and delivery of required assets. If you delay approvals, miss required access steps, or submit incomplete materials, project timing may move accordingly.

Dynamic Digital ND may refuse content, integrations, or requests that are unlawful, abusive, deceptive, technically unsafe, or outside the agreed scope.

AI assistants can provide automated responses, route inquiries, capture leads, answer common questions, and support appointment workflows. AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate.

AI tools should not be treated as legal, medical, emergency, financial, or other professional advice. Do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request. For emergencies, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.

If you opt in, Dynamic Digital ND may send conversational and informational text messages such as quote follow-ups, project updates, appointment reminders, support messages, and AI assistant responses. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Review our Privacy Policy.

You may not misuse the website, portal, AI assistants, SMS tools, or support channels; interfere with availability; attempt unauthorized access; upload malicious files; scrape restricted areas; use the services for unlawful or deceptive activity; or violate another person's rights.

Dynamic Digital ND retains rights in its own website, branding, software, processes, templates for internal operations, and pre-existing materials. Ownership and license terms for client deliverables are governed by the applicable service agreement or accepted quote.

Services may rely on third-party platforms for hosting, payments, messaging, AI, analytics, search, email, and scheduling. Those platforms may occasionally be unavailable or change their rules. We do not promise uninterrupted operation unless a separate written agreement expressly says so.

To the extent permitted by law, public website content and unpaid tools are provided as available without warranties. Dynamic Digital ND is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the public website or unpaid tools. Any additional limits for purchased services are stated in the applicable agreement.
