Privacy Policy
Effective June 2, 2026. This policy explains how Dynamic Digital ND handles information when you visit our website, request a quote, use our client portal, or communicate with an AI assistant.
1. Information we collect
We may collect contact details, quote request details, account and portal activity, uploaded project assets, support messages, billing identifiers, referral activity, and technical information such as browser type, timestamps, and security logs. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Dynamic Digital ND.
2. AI assistant, phone, and SMS information
When you interact with an AI assistant, call an AI receptionist, or send a text message, we may process the content of that interaction, contact details you provide, call or message metadata, and transcripts needed to generate a response and follow up on your request. Voice audio may be processed in real time by service providers. Audio recording is disabled unless a separate disclosure and consent process is provided.
3. How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, provide services, operate client portals, process payments, improve websites and AI assistants, send requested communications, prevent abuse, monitor reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
4. SMS privacy
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in records, and consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share limited information with service providers only as needed to deliver messages and operate the requested service. Text-message consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
5. Service providers
We use service providers that may process limited information on our behalf, including Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Twilio, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Anthropic, and reliability or analytics providers. Their handling of information is governed by their agreements and privacy practices.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, contractual requirements, security, and legal compliance. No system is completely secure, but we apply access controls, private storage where appropriate, and operational monitoring to reduce risk.
7. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for billing, fraud prevention, contractual obligations, or legal compliance. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the unsubscribe link and opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
8. Children and external links
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. Our website may link to third-party websites whose privacy practices we do not control.
