Accessibility (ADA)

Last reviewed June 21, 2026. Dynamic Digital ND is committed to making our website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities, and to meeting the spirit of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

1. Our commitment

We believe everyone deserves equal access to the web. We work to make dynamicdigitalnd.com perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all visitors, including those who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, voice control, or other assistive technologies.

2. Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard most widely referenced under the ADA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we continue to test and improve the site over time.

3. Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML with proper landmarks and a “skip to main content” link.
  • Full keyboard operability with a clearly visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
  • Color contrast that meets WCAG 2.1 AA (at least 4.5:1 for body text).
  • Programmatic labels on all form fields so assistive technology announces each one.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative graphics hidden from screen readers.
  • Support for the “reduced motion” system setting to limit animation.
  • Responsive layouts that work with zoom and on a range of screen sizes.

4. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Third-party tools, embedded media, and newer features may have gaps we are still addressing. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us — your feedback directly shapes our fixes.

5. Report a barrier or request help

If any part of our website is difficult to use, or you need information in an alternative format, contact us and we will work with you promptly to provide the information, service, or accommodation you need:

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 3 business days. Please describe the page, the issue, and the assistive technology or browser you were using so we can reproduce and resolve it quickly.

6. Accessibility for the sites we build

Accessibility isn’t only our own site’s concern — it matters for yours too. We build client websites with the same WCAG 2.1 AA practices described above so your business is welcoming to every customer. If you have specific accessibility requirements for your project, tell us up front and we’ll build to them.
